Alexis Ladora Dobson Turns 1

Alexis has turned 1. I can't belive it. It's too soon. She's so perfect and beautiful. I love her so much. Bubblesworth got this little scooter toy from Grandma and Grandpa Coleman. She got a Little People Farm with animals from Mom and Dad and some books and clothes and other toys from the rest of the family.

This is her Lion Birthday Cake. So very cute.

This is Alexis before.....

After!

No she didn't eat the whole thing. After touching the frosting for 10 minutes I finally pulled out one of the cup cakes and set it down...that's when things got messy. Oh boy does she LOVE cake!

This is Mrs. Bubblesworth waving. Behind her is the pony she got from Grandma and Grandpa Edwards...she likes to get on and rock. The pony also sings and talks and his mouth moves...it's great fun.

Happy 1st Birthday baby girl!

Easter

Yes people... I know it's July and I'm blogging about Easter. I just hate to skip over everything that has happened and start blogging about today...especially when I have so many cute pictures to share.

Alexis' 1st Easter Egg Hunt!

Easter Morning...Looking for more of those funny eggs.

Aren't they cute? (even though Lexy is so tired).

117 Days

Hello, my name is Amy and I'm a blog o' holic. It has been 117 days since my last blog and I've come today to apologize...mostly to myself but to readers as well. Life has become extra crazy these last 117 days, it will take me a few postings to get everyone up to speed.

Back in March we went out to the middle of nowwhere and watched crazy people shoot off rockets. It was really cold, but once they started shooting off the rockets it was really fun!

The Rockets would shoot straight up into the sky...up, up, up and then they'd arch over and start coming back down. Once they were on their way back down parachutes would pop out from the top and they would coast back down to the ground. A few had some pretty close calls as the parachutes didn't pop out until the last second. Awesome!
